Who This Is For

This is for you if:

  • you've tried working out but couldn’t stay consistentyou’ve tried working

  • you’re dealing with pain, stiffness, or previous injuries

  • you want to build strength but don’t know where to start

  • you want coaching, not just a workout

How Training Works at LIFT

LIFT is not an open gym.

Training happens in a small, coached environment where every client follows a structured, individualized program overseen by Head Coach Raf.

We focus on three key areas:

Strength Development

Progressive strength training that helps your body become more capable and resilient.

Joint Health and Mobility

Improving joint capacity and movement quality to reduce injury risk and support longevity.

Movement Education

Helping you understand how your body moves so you can train with confidence inside and outside the gym.

This is how we build strength that actually lasts.

Training for Equestrian Athletes

Raf works with equestrian athletes, including dressage riders, who want to improve how they move, stabilize, and perform in the saddle.

Many riders focus on their horse’s training, but not their own body.

At LIFT, training focuses on:

  • core strength and postural control

  • hip mobility and alignment

  • reducing asymmetries that affect riding

  • improving balance, coordination, and control

Whether you’re competing or riding recreationally, your body plays a direct role in your performance.

Training is designed to support your riding, not compete with it.

Meet the Trainers

Training at LIFT is led by Head Coach Raf, who oversees programming for all clients and mentors the coaching team to maintain a consistent philosophy of strength, mobility, and movement quality.

Why Clients Train at LIFT

Most clients don’t come here just to work out.

They come because:
• they’ve tried doing it on their own and it didn’t stick
• they’re dealing with pain or limitations
• they want to feel stronger and more capable in their body

Training at LIFT is about building something that lasts, not starting over every few months.

What Your First Visit Looks Like

Your first visit is focused on understanding your goals and how your body currently moves.

During this session, we will:

  • discuss your goals and training history

  • assess mobility and movement patterns

  • identify areas that need support

  • introduce foundational exercises

  • recommend the best training structure for you

You’ll leave with a clear starting point and next steps.
