You Might Be Here Because Something Feels Off
Many of my patients come in feeling frustrated. They are working hard to take care of themselves, yet something still feels out of balance.
You may be experiencing:
-
persistent fatigue or burnout
-
bloating, irregular digestion, or food sensitivities
-
hormone changes, cycle concerns, or PCOS
-
skin concerns like acne or eczema
-
difficulty losing weight or insulin resistance
-
stress that feels like it is affecting your whole body
-
concerns about your child’s digestion, skin, sleep, or nutrition
These patterns can show up in many ways, in adults balancing busy lives, teens navigating stress and hormonal changes, or families trying to support their health in the middle of everyday life.

Naturopathic medicine focuses on understanding these patterns and restoring the systems that allow your body to function well again.

How Naturopathic Medicine Can Support Your Health
Naturopathic medicine focuses on understanding how key systems in the body interact, including digestion, hormones, metabolism, and the nervous system.
Care may include:

Digestive and gut health support
Addressing bloating, motility concerns, food reactions, and microbiome balance in both adults and younger patients.

Hormone and metabolic health
Support for cycle concerns, PCOS, insulin resistance, metabolic health, and hormonal changes during adolescence.

Stress and nervous system support
Helping the body recover from chronic stress and improve resilience.

Evidence informed testing
Blood work and functional testing used to better understand underlying patterns.

Therapies that support physiology
Acupuncture, nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle guidance, and targeted supplementation.
Care Across Different Stages of Life
Many patients first come in for their own health concerns and later bring their children or teens for support as well.

I work with adults, teens, and children experiencing concerns such as digestion issues, fatigue, acne, sleep challenges, stress, and hormone changes during growth and development as part of family naturopathic care.
Meet Your Doctor
Hi, I'm Dr Angel
Over the years of working with patients, I’ve seen how difficult it can be to follow health advice that doesn’t take real life into account. Most people are balancing work, family, school schedules, and daily responsibilities, and even well-intentioned recommendations can be hard to sustain.
Becoming a mother deepened that perspective. It reinforced how important it is for healthcare to fit into everyday life. My goal as a doctor is to help people understand their bodies and build habits that support long-term health in a practical and sustainable way.
