My Story
Born in the Philippines and raised in Canada, I grew up watching my parents rebuild their lives from the ground up. That experience shaped how I approach medicine today, with compassion, realism, and respect for the process.

I completed my naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after studying Psychology and Biology. After licensing, I spent time raising my daughter, an experience that deeply influenced my philosophy, healthcare must fit real life.

My practice focuses on digestive health and supporting high-functioning adults who feel depleted, overwhelmed, or off despite doing many of the right things. I use a habit-based, nervous system aware approach grounded in botanical medicine, acupuncture, and nutrition, prioritizing sustainable change over rigid protocols.

I remain actively engaged in ongoing mentorship and continuing education to deepen my clinical reasoning and stay aligned with current, evidence-informed care. I also share practical health education through videos, patient resources, and The LIFT podcast, co-hosted with Coach Raf.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy home baking, planning travel itineraries, and time with my family.
